Arranging and supervising pest control service
Arranging and supervising Carpet Cleaning Service
Arranging and supervising Window Washing Service
Arranging and supervising emergency repairs. These will ALWAYS be cleared with the customer before any work is done. If burglary or a crime of any kind is involved, I will call 911 first, then the customer.

Shopping for groceries at $20 per hr.

Simply mail or email me a list and I will have your “first morning (or first day) back in Tucson groceries” ready for your arrival. I will add the cost of the groceries to the bill

Professional Housecleaning @ $20 per hr.

I have 25 years of experience and provide all the cleaning supplies and tools.

The following is a list of services you can choose from which can be performed either after you leave Tucson or before you arrive, or both!

Wipe out all cabinets, drawers, closets, rods.
Clean and disinfect bathrooms (including the hard water deposits in toilets and sinks)
Clean all mirrors
Wipe down interior and exterior doors
Clean and disinfect kitchens including all appliances
Clean/replace furnace filter
Remove spider webs, dust from walls, ceilings and baseboards
Launder sheets, towels and make up beds
Wash/vacuum all floors
Sweep out garage, entry areas and patios
Wash windows
Dust blinds
Clean lighting fixtures

After you leave Tucson:

Clean out your refrigerator/pantry and dispose of perishables.
Clean out icemaker and disengage.
Cover furniture with protective sheets
Double check all doors and window to verify that they are locked and secure
Store patio furniture in garage/storage unit.
Water indoor plants or take home to care for until you return

Before you arrive in Tucson:

Start up icemaker/refrigerator
Remove protective sheets
Wipe down and replace patio furniture
Return your plants
